Story Behind the Art

I don’t think this man needs much of an introduction. It’s simply called ‘Tommy’. I’ve been a big fan of Tommy Tiernan’s for years. Love his comedy and have been to many of his gigs but I really enjoyed his chat show too. He has great interview skills, a great ability to just listen to his guest. I was watching it one night last Spring and he was discussing a sensitive subject with his guest. I loved his expressive face which shows his more emotional side. This pic was taken directly from the tv.

This painting was created using acrylics using bold colour and texture.
