What kind of artwork do you create?

We create paintings in oils & cold wax , acrylics and mixed media.

Do you accept commissions?

Yes we do offer commissions at certain times in between collections. It probably best to make contact directly bridfanning@gmail.com and we can take it from there

How do I pay?

You can pay us via PayPal or Stripe, or we accept all major credit cards.

So, I’ve bought an original piece of art. What happens next?

Your artwork is dispatched within five working days and you will be sent a tracking number so’s you can track the progress of your order.

My artwork arrived damaged! What do I do?

Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will ask for photographs of the damage. Then you must return the package to the seller. We will refund you the cost of the artwork and delivery charges within fourteen days. If it’s a print, we can also send you a replacement free of charge.

When will I receive my refund?

We action all refunds [the same day we receive the goods back/within 3 days of receipt of the goods] and it can take up to [3] working days for the refund to show on your card.

Shipping & Returns

During busy periods such as a sales orders may take a little longer to ship because of the volume. Please be patient with us, we will send your order as soon as possible! You may return your order up to 14 days after you receive the items, please email me to organise this. Any items you wish to return must be in perfect condition. Any questions you may have or if you need help, please do not hesitate to contact us at bridfanning@gmail.com

Do you ship to international destinations?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Artworks shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. We can deliver framed artwork free within an hour of our location here in Meath

I missed out on your last collection of originals, how do I find out when your next collection goes on sale?

The best way to hear about any upcoming work is to sign up to the mailing list on the homepage and you will receive an email before any new art goes on sale.

I’ve bought my painting, will it come ready to hang?

Original paintings come wired and ready to hang.

Do you sell prints?

Yes. We offer museum quality archival pigment limited prints which are all numbered and signed by the artist. Different prints have different edition sizes.

Do the prints come framed?

No, all prints are shipped rolled in a tube and would need to be taken to your local framers. Paper prints should be framed behind glass - with or without a mount. However if you would like it framed please send an email to bridfanning@gmail.com before placing your order and we can organise collection or delivery by hand. Unfortunately, we don’t post glazed framed prints due to the risk of breakage.

I love this print, it’s rectangular in shape - can you make it square?

No, we don’t crop any of our prints. We can accommodate custom sizing as long as it doesn’t compromise the image.
